Will Ayers

Founder & CEO

With over 18 years in the navigation and wayfinding industry, Will founded HAPTYCS out of a conviction that technology should help us move through the world more intuitively. He is also the founder of FOUND, a multidisciplinary design studio in downtown Los Angeles that modernizes wayfinding, signage, graphics, and branding through digital, GPS, haptic, autonomous, and AI technologies. FOUND collaborates with some of the world's leading architects and developers — among them Foster + Partners, Herzog & de Meuron, and BIG — on projects around the globe, giving Will a rare, ground-level view of how people navigate physical space. That expertise is the foundation HAPTYCS is built on. Earlier in his career, Will founded WILLIAM, a Los Angeles luxury fashion label carried by retailers including Farfetch.

Albert Sigman

CTO

Albert leads software and hardware development at HAPTYCS. Over a decade of work across web, mobile, hardware, and IoT, he has built design-driven products for clients worldwide and led engineering teams through both mentorship and hands-on craft, including taking complex, data-intensive products from concept to MVP. He's also an award-winning installation artist who uses IoT and code to reshape how we relate to the built and digital environment — the same instinct that drives the HAPTYCS language.
